This is a great model and it does have some weight to it; excellent model.
It looks great on my book-shelf along with the Hunley Lantern. You will love having this displayed in your house.

Hunley Model
This model more than exceeded my then already high expectations. This is a quality, detailed showpiece that is extremely hefty in its overall weight. Dont be fooled by the RESIN description. The Hunley itself is completely metal and the dock it is resting on is the exceptionally, heavy resin component.
